5 Of The Best UK Spas To Visit

If you’re looking to treat yourself to a spa day or treatment to relax and unwind, here are 5 of the best spas in the UK to visit post-lockdown…

When talking about some of the best spas in the UK, of course Bath has got to get a mention. Known for its natural thermal baths as far back as Roman times, there are several options in this historic UNESCO World
Heritage Site. As panoramic rooftop pools are my thing, Thermae Bath Spa looks spectacular, whilst the indoor Minerva Bath looks equally incredible.

The first of its kind in the UK, The Spa at Blythswood Square in Glasgow City Centre offers CBD treatments in the form of either a massage or a facial. And the La Rue Verte CBD massage is easily one of the best massages that I have ever had. The treatments focus on pressure points to help alleviate any physical or psychological ailments and the spa itself is truly luxe. Read more about my treatment here.

Set over four floors and just steps from the River Thames, ESPA Life at Cortinthia London is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. With an entire thermal floor, this is where you’d  find me, on one of the warm stone loungers. And if you’ve wanted to try Dr. Barbara Sturm skincare, this is the place to have that very first facial. I am dying to try the Clarifying Facial in particular.

Widely seen as the UK’s first eco-spa, since it has its own water source and electric car charging points, Titanic Spa has a huge menu of experiences to choose from. From traditional Elemis and Decleor treatments to Reiki, reflexology, Hopi ear candling and even fish pedicures. And this isn’t your typical hotel with a spa inside it setup, the accompanying apartments were designed to enhance the spa experience.

The first Kohler Spa outside the US, you can enjoy several different pools, a sauna and a few different spa day options in one of Scotland’s most historic seaside towns. There’s even a hot tub up on the roof, weather permitting in Scotland, of course. I actually have a spa day booked here for me and my Mum next month and we cannot wait to have a full day of pampering and relaxation.

WOULD YOU ADD ANY SPAS TO THIS LIST?
