Everything for a Bath of Luxury

International Bath Day, June 14thfirst came around in Ancient Greece where mathematician, scientist and scholar, Archimedes, discovered that an object’s volume could be accurately measured whilst submerged in water – all whilst taking a bath!

I don’t know about you, but I’m certainly not that productive whilst I’m taking a bath. I would much rather use the time to relax and unwind, the traditional way of taking a bathHave you ever considered the health benefits of bathing? Well according to scientists, regular baths can help to reduce pain and inflammation by soothing muscles, joints and bones. The perfect medicine for that dreaded time of the month!

In the current climate, little acts of self-love couldn’t be more critical to your wellbeing. If you’re feeling a little down, then submerging yourself in warm water is known to help reduce stress levels and anxiety as well as cleansing, hydrating and moisturising the skin, whilst opening pores and drawing out impurities.

No matter what your plans are, it’s always nice to treat yourself to a relaxing bath. We’ve curated a list of products you’ll want to get your hands on, to ensure you are making the most of your time in the tub
