Spritz De Passione

The most delicious spritz drink you’ll taste! A combination of lightly bitter orange, summer fruits and fresh citrus with a touch of fizz. This is quite literally sunshine on a deserted beach, in a glass, cold.

Ingredients:

2 Parts (60ml/ 2Fl Oz) Italian Spritz

3 Parts (90ml/ 3 Fl Oz) Lyre’s Classico

¼ Part (7.5ml/ ¼ Fl Oz) premium mango syrup

2 lemon slices

4 raspberries

4 blueberries

½ fresh passionfruit pulp

Method:
Add all the ingredients in a glass, fill with ice and stir.

Glass:

Large or stemless wine glass

Garnish:

Plump mint sprig

Jungle Bird

This fruity, fine feathered friend will parade around your palate, before accepting Italian Orange’s invitation to tango.

Ingredients:

30ml Lyre’s Dark Cane Spirit

45ml Lyre’s Italian Orange

15ml lime juice

7.5ml white sugar syrup (1:1)

45ml pineapple juice

Method:

Rapid shake with ice. Strain, fill glass with fresh cubed ice.

Glass:
Old fashioned

Garnish:
Lemon wedge, cherry, plump mint sprig

Mai Tai

The Mai Tai is a rum-based, fruity favourite from all four corners of the globe.

Ingredients:
30ml Lyre’s Dark Cane

30ml Lyre’s White Cane Spirit

30ml Lyre’s Orange Sec

30ml fresh lime juice

7.5ml premium almond syrup

7.5ml white sugar syrup (1:1)

Method:
Shake briefly, strain into glass and top with fresh ice.

Glass:
Old Fashioned

Garnish:
Lime wedge, plump mint sprig

Pink Gin Fizz

An English favourite! Squashing Dry London spirit, Elderflower tonic and Orange blossom.

Ingredients:
30ml Lyre’s Dry London Spirit

30ml Lyre’s Italian Orange

90ml premium bottled elderflower tonic

2 lemon slices

1 orange slice

Method:
Add over ice and stir

Glass:
Highball

Garnish:
Babies breath sprig. Orange slice & plump mint sprig. Spray orange blossom

Amalfi Spritz

A non-alcoholic Aperol Spritz!

Ingredients:
60ml Lyre’s Italian Spritz

60ml premium alcohol-free prosecco

30ml soda water

Method:

Add all ingredients in a glass. Stir and fill with fresh ice.

Glass:
Large or stemless wine

Garnish:
Orange slice
