As much as we love to travel, lack of hydration, air conditioning, minimal movement and disturbed sleeping patterns can be a hellish experience for our skin. However, preparing your skin for a long haul flight and looking after it during can make you feel refreshed, rested, revitalised and skin ready for anything when you arrive at your destination.

Keep hydrated and watch what you eat
Drinking water is already advisable, but when flying, keeping hydrated will keep your skin refreshed and stop it becoming too dry. Water will also prevent your skin from looking overly tired, and keep it plumped and soft. Try not to drink too much alcohol or caffeine on a flight as this will bloat your skin, and remove its natural glow, and possibly cause redness.
