RuPaul's Drag Race UK, Season 3

Even though it feels like Laurence Chaney was crowned the winner of season two about a week ago, this month it’s time to return to the Werk Room yet again. More drama, more RuPeter Badges, more cringe acting challenges, more unexpected celebrity judges (Lorraine Kelly?!) and more queens who can’t sew, despite 12 years of that never ending well.

The UK version has grown in popularity, and the lack of overt product placement (one of the signatures of the original) has only improved the format. I’m still not over the excitement of seeing the UK drag scene being celebrated on the BBC. There is also something deeply wonderful about seeing RuPaul trying to understand people from Wales and Scotland, or making EastEnders references, as if he knows what that is.

If you’ve never watched Drag Race, I cannot recommend it enough. I guarantee that within one episode you’ll be critiquing runway looks like you’ve been doing it all your life.

Investing in some cosy loungewear is an essential! This is two set from Beginning Boutique is my current favourite loungewear fit – it’s perfect for days at home and a great PJ set too. The lightweight and soft material of the set feels amazing on the skin. This set is a great combination of cute and comfortable so you can look and feel good whilst completing chores you have to do on the weekend or just for lounging in bed.

The Dyson Airwrap

The Dyson Airwrap styler harnesses an aerodynamic phenomenon called the Coanda effect. This enables airflow to curve and wrap hair around the surface of the barrel to curl or wave, and brush to smooth and volumise.

The device dries and styles simultaneously by combining moisture in your hair with a powerful airflow and controlled heat. The charged particles in the air propel along the hair strands to help reduce static in the hair for a sleek, smooth finish.

You can choose a pre-assembled or customisable set, with bespoke attachments for your hair type and length. The fast, high pressure motor ensures speedy styling, and the device is easily portable so ideal for those always on the go. Whether you want a salon worthy bouncy blow dry or a soft beachy wave, the Dyson Airwrap offers it all!

TOP TIP: For a natural look alternate the barrel direction and size as you go! Watch HERE 7 Quick Tips for Getting the Best Results from your Dyson Airwrap…
