Pampering and Self-Care in Lockdown

Every day is starting to feel the same, right?  Why not take this time to look after ourselves; It’s a break from life, something that many of us will never get again. 

Let’s switch our mindsets from feeling fed up to appreciating this time, learning to be grateful for our safety and our health. I know it’s a challenging time, but seeing the positives will change your mindset for the day. Without our hairdressers or beauticians, we are all starting to feel the withdrawal symptoms… But hang on in there! Don’t get out the box dye or the wax strips, instead, let’s embrace these roots and fluffy brows! Some self-love and acceptance is something you usually might not get the time for. 

So, take a deep breath while I talk through how you can spice up your morning routine and create an indulging pamper night. 

To start off your morning ALWAYS make your bed; this instantly tricks your mind into productivity 

It’s also the perfect time to give your skin a break from makeup, with no-makeup makeup to create a natural dewy look.
