Less Choice Might Not Be Such A Bad Thing
I don’t know about you, but my eating habits have definitely changed during lockdown. Availability and acceptance, of course, play a huge part in this, but let’s be honest, food is the biggest excitement. It’s a frequently visited topic of conversation in the house and the greatest joy.  Let’s momentarily glance back to pre-lockdown behaviour. We had become complacent. We could nip to the supermarket (now a major operation) or take an online shop to checkout in under half an hour (and have it delivered the next day, would you believe?).

Sleep Hacks: ways to wind-down
Sleep Hacks: ways to wind-down
Whether you struggle getting to sleep, staying asleep or even waking up, there’s something here that might make all the difference to your night time routine. Everyone’s mind and body works differently, but the science behind it is all the same. There are just some specific things that really don’t promote a healthy sleep and some that really do. With a little bit of patience and knowledge, you may figure out where you’re going wrong before bed… That conventional cup of caffeine, I mean tea, before bed? Could be the worst decision you make.

Why you need to Marie Kondo your life
Whilst we continue to spend time in isolation, the more we notice around us. You pick up on messy things you may not have noticed until you spend every working day sat in front that hideous, overcrowded bookcase (the one you throw all your clutter onto). With spring creeping towards and more time on our hands, there’s no better time than now to release your inner Marie Kondo and cleanse every inch of your life.

Important Life Factors
There’s never not a ‘right’ time to learn these 7 key factors of life. When you feel like you’re on top of the world or when you’re at the lowest of lows, acknowledging the 7 factors of wellness and understanding how to utilise their purpose to your personal life, will easily enhance the great times and allow you to pick up from the bad ones.   Each factor is just as important than the other, but some will be more relevant and more important in our day to day lives. There’s nowhere to say you have to be perfect at all 7, it’s just a guideline on how to live a healthy, happy and mindful lifestyle.

Fashion Week and It’s Lockdown…

While we all thought we’d soon be planning our Summer wardrobe and adding those holiday buys to our basket, I think we can all agree that life doesn’t half surprise you. If you’d have told me at the beginning of the year that I would be spending the first bank holiday of the decade in PJ’s, cradling a bottle of wine in front of Disney+, I never would have believed you… yet here we are.

Even though your first batch of Summer plans might be cancelled, that doesn’t mean your new season wardrobe has to be. Fashion has never been so comfy! With isolation dominating our diaries, why not take advantage of the WFH life and at least lounge in style.

We’ve put together our favourite Lockdown Loungewear to get you through slouch season, from our favourite cult brands to new discoveries who all deserve some love.

TOPSHOP

Of course, the holy grail of high-street, Topshop always come through with quality on trend pieces that are super comfy and super affordable. We’re loving their pastel joggers and pretty bralettes which are the ultimate loungewear combo.

SISTERS & SEEKERS

An up and coming brand who are killing it at the moment. Starting with two sisters with a love of vintage fashion. From eBay, to Depop, to online, to nationwide concessions in Topshop! Sisters and Seekers offer the latest loungewear with an urban edge. Muted colours & oversized styling, we are loving their cosysweats and cardigan two pieces. Being cosy never looked so cool.

LOUNGE APPAREL

Their motto is ‘Comfort Made Sexy’ and they’re doing just that. Ideal if you want to be sitting pretty throughout isolation, because who needs a reason for a little sass in your living room? Our top picks are their comfy triangle bra’s and lacey elastic pieces which are as flattering as ever on all shapes and sizes.

Anything we’ve missed? Be sure to tag @cohorted in your #LockdownLooks because If there’s anything we’re all in need of throughout isolation it’s a little inspiration.

MAISON LEJABY

A new brand we’re loving at the moment is Parasian lingerie brand Maison Lejaby who have specialised in intimates since the 1930’s! Their pieces are both delicate and timeless all with a perfect fit. Our favourites being their lacey sets and cashmere selection. An ideal investment brand for your luxury loungewear & lingerie.

ZARA

Without fail, you can always rely on Zara for key wardrobe pieces with a hint of catwalk style. It’s no surprise that they also come up trumps in the loungewear department. Their knitwear sets and floaty silhouettes are all we need for this seasons fashion fix. Our top pick is their Satin Jogger Co-Ord, bringing a little luxe to loungewear.
