Less Choice Might Not Be Such A Bad Thing
I don’t know about you, but my eating habits have definitely changed during lockdown. Availability and acceptance, of course, play a huge part in this, but let’s be honest, food is the biggest excitement. It’s a frequently visited topic of conversation in the house and the greatest joy.  Let’s momentarily glance back to pre-lockdown behaviour. We had become complacent. We could nip to the supermarket (now a major operation) or take an online shop to checkout in under half an hour (and have it delivered the next day, would you believe?).

Sleep Hacks: ways to wind-down
Sleep Hacks: ways to wind-down
Whether you struggle getting to sleep, staying asleep or even waking up, there’s something here that might make all the difference to your night time routine. Everyone’s mind and body works differently, but the science behind it is all the same. There are just some specific things that really don’t promote a healthy sleep and some that really do. With a little bit of patience and knowledge, you may figure out where you’re going wrong before bed… That conventional cup of caffeine, I mean tea, before bed? Could be the worst decision you make.

Why you need to Marie Kondo your life
Whilst we continue to spend time in isolation, the more we notice around us. You pick up on messy things you may not have noticed until you spend every working day sat in front that hideous, overcrowded bookcase (the one you throw all your clutter onto). With spring creeping towards and more time on our hands, there’s no better time than now to release your inner Marie Kondo and cleanse every inch of your life.

National Television Awards 2020: Best Dressed

The National Television Awards is Britain’s leading TV awards ceremony, celebrating the nation’s most loved stars and shows. Millions of votes are cast each year, but who got our votes for best dressed…

Maura Higgins

Maura took some huge inspiration from the Kylie Jenner’s 2019 Met Gala look in this dress. Designed by Fjolla Nila, the revealing embellished mesh dressed definitely caused heads to turn, as she hosted the red carpet this year. Not only the dress, but the makeup look is one to recreate!

Maya Jama

Never failing to look effortlessly elegant, Maya Jama sported a one shoulder, floor length gown for the event. The white dress was from Solace London and was styled with white barely there heels and a simple Bulgari bracelet. Simple but classic.

Oti Mabuse

Oti dazzled the red carpet in this full sequin, green maxi dress, exposing all the right areas for it to look chic and sexy at the same time. The dress is designed by Kruszynska Couture and flatters Oti’s figure perfectly. The hinched waist and high leg split completes the look.

Katie Piper

Katie Piper looked absolutely flawless at the NTAs this year. Her mermaid-esque ball gown by Roland Mouret compliments her glowing skin. Paired with a Sophia Webster bag and shoes, it completes the look effortlessly. Not to mention the fresh faced makeup look, which is definitely to be copied for summertime.

Molly Mae Hague

Finally, the hottest couple of the minute, Molly Mae and Tommy Fury. Styling a similar sheer look to her friend and co-star Maura Higgins, Molly Mae dazzled the NTA Red Carpet with her white floor length dress, accompanied by a white feather shawl. Her hair is the talk of the town with tumbling golden curls and diamond accessories.

Lily Hall

I’m Lily, a 20 year old Fashion student based in the north of England. My main obsession is fashion and styling (hence the degree choice) alongside a bit of beauty, skincare and lifestyle. Oh, and dogs! Make sure to follow my Instagram to see more of me…
