Wellbeing in the Workplace
A new year is here and everyone seems to be on the January bandwagon - Veganuary, no-meat Monday's and of course, the gyms are raking it in with new membership sign-ups! This is a great opportunity for us and will make a huge difference in people's personal wellbeing, making them feel better both physically and mentally for so many reasons. How do I become a gym bunny?
It has recently occurred to me that, although I am yet to turn 25, my body and I are not getting any younger. It’s time to start taking care of myself, and said body, for real this time. The Best of Marie Claire – Iconic Covers

After releasing its first edition in 1988, it has been announced earlier this year that after 31 years Marie Claire will cease the print of their publication as of November this year. It was announced by their publishers TI Media that the magazine would continue to be an online publication moving forward and has been one of many magazines who have succumbed to the shift of the digital age and new readership habits.

As the end of an era approaches for Marie Claire we believe now more than ever it is appropriate to pay homage to such an iconic British Magazine who set themselves apart as the ‘thinking woman’s magazine’. So, here is our round up of 10 of Marie Claire’s most iconic U.K covers and movements throughout their three decades of print…

1. David Beckham was the first male to be appointed a cover spot on Marie Claire, 2002

2. Victoria Beckham, 2001, because where is Posh without Becks?

3. Jodie Whittaker for their 30th Birthday edition in 2018

4. Emilia Clarke aka The Mother of Dragon and Breaker of Chains, 2015

5. Beyonce, 2008

6. Naomi Campbell, 1992

7. JLo / Jenny from the Block, 2010

8. Rihanna, 2010

9. Yasmin Le Bon, an iconic OG supermodel, 1993

10. It’s Britney, B*tch, 2016

Bringing forward serious topical conversations crossed with current fashion and beauty, Cohorted Cult are inspired by Marie Claire’s great work and proud to recognise their contribution to the magazine industry.
