Less Choice Might Not Be Such A Bad Thing
I don’t know about you, but my eating habits have definitely changed during lockdown. Availability and acceptance, of course, play a huge part in this, but let’s be honest, food is the biggest excitement. It’s a frequently visited topic of conversation in the house and the greatest joy.  Let’s momentarily glance back to pre-lockdown behaviour. We had become complacent. We could nip to the supermarket (now a major operation) or take an online shop to checkout in under half an hour (and have it delivered the next day, would you believe?).

Sleep Hacks: ways to wind-down
Sleep Hacks: ways to wind-down
Whether you struggle getting to sleep, staying asleep or even waking up, there’s something here that might make all the difference to your night time routine. Everyone’s mind and body works differently, but the science behind it is all the same. There are just some specific things that really don’t promote a healthy sleep and some that really do. With a little bit of patience and knowledge, you may figure out where you’re going wrong before bed… That conventional cup of caffeine, I mean tea, before bed? Could be the worst decision you make.

Why you need to Marie Kondo your life
Whilst we continue to spend time in isolation, the more we notice around us. You pick up on messy things you may not have noticed until you spend every working day sat in front that hideous, overcrowded bookcase (the one you throw all your clutter onto). With spring creeping towards and more time on our hands, there’s no better time than now to release your inner Marie Kondo and cleanse every inch of your life.

Important Life Factors
There’s never not a ‘right’ time to learn these 7 key factors of life. When you feel like you’re on top of the world or when you’re at the lowest of lows, acknowledging the 7 factors of wellness and understanding how to utilise their purpose to your personal life, will easily enhance the great times and allow you to pick up from the bad ones.   Each factor is just as important than the other, but some will be more relevant and more important in our day to day lives. There’s nowhere to say you have to be perfect at all 7, it’s just a guideline on how to live a healthy, happy and mindful lifestyle.

5 Skincare Products to get that Autumn/Winter Glow

Skincare is an important thing that doesn’t seem to be done often enough by people. I can’t even go to bed with out doing my skincare routine. Without it, my skin feels tight and dry with no moisture. It’s like not watering a plant, it shrivels up over time. Which is where wrinkles come in, but of course they don’t come for many years. But this is something we can prevent for a longer period of time by looking after our skin within a skincare routine. I’m going to walk through some products with you that have been game changes within my skincare routine and has locked in a youthful healthy glow and lovely skin.

L’Oreal Hydra Genius, £9.99

I only recently started using this product and what a game changer this product is! The formula is like a serum and moisturiser in one. The handiness of this is you don’t need an additional product within your routine, which in theory would be better for your skin. As the less you use the better! The Hydra Genius is definitely an all rounder product whether it’s for summer or winter, as it locks in all the moisture, not only that. It gives you a subtle glow.

Olay Regenerist Whip Cream, £34.99

Ever since I tried a sample of this I was SOLD. The consistency of the product and how smooth it feels is gorgeous. You will want to slather it all over your body it feels so nice. The Olay is Whip is a smoothest serum than any others I’ve tried. It’s on the rather pricier side, but I prefer to invest in skincare, especially due to this being one of my staples in my skincare routine. It’s a lovely light serum, perfect for all skin types I’d say.

Avant Night & Eye Cream, £98

I first found out about this brand when it came in a subscription box. The Avant Night & Eye Cream is one of the best two in one products I’ve ever tried, as for one, it saves you buying an eye cream, and two, it’s such a hydrating moisturiser that makes your skin not only look amazing, but feel amazing. It’s built up of Shea butter and hyaluronic acid which of course is super for your skin. Avant is super pricy, but you honestly get what you pay for – an amazing product.

Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Capsules, £39-£150

Absolute gold in a pot – quite literally. These amazing little gems are filled with, liquid gold for your skin, at least that’s how good they feel. The ceramide capsules make your skin so beautifully youthful, and full of goodness, not to mention the natural dewy glow it gives off. You’ll want to show off your bare skin forever using these. I tend to use them only at night, but every other night due to how thick the serum is. The capsules are so easy to use and the perfect size for each use. I like to rub the serum into my neck and collar bone area to give those areas extra moisture and a lovely glowing sheen to the skin.

Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser, £17

The absolute holy grail of cleansers. Once you try this you’ll always go back to it. It’s a brilliant starting point for investing in skincare, as well as a long term cleanser. Since I tried this out a few years ago over never brought any other cleaners but this one. It’s a lovely formula that feels so lovely on the skin followed by a warm muslin cloth which you can get with the cleanser. I’ve never felt so good using this cleanser and I don’t plan on changing it any time soon.’
