Travel-Sized Beauty Favourites for Your Next Holiday
Times are tough right now. As well as the ongoing societal problem of systematic and systemic racism against black people across the world, the Coronavirus pandemic continues. With many of us still abiding by lockdown restrictions, travelling has been severely disrupted.  You may have had a holiday planned that’s been cancelled or postponed. You might have planned to take a quick trip away to escape the hustle and bustle of life. You probably planned a staycation to get away from your hometown for a short while. Regardless of your travel plans, it’s annoying to have to put things on hold.

Face SPF Products You Need to Try Right Now
It’s hot. There I said it. It really crept up on us. We were given rain and storms before a heatwave no one saw coming. I’m the first to burn too. I’ll step outside and within 10 minutes, I’m a rosy hue. This list is as much for me as it is you and I’m excited about it, let me tell you.

Summer Lovin’
You've binge-watched Normal People, developed a mild case of repetitive strain injury from swiping left on boys who are 'just looking for a quarantine buddy ;)' and Love Island 2020 (much like my own love life) is cancelled.   If you're a hopeless romantic like myself and need your fix of summer lovin' in the absence of skin-tight white jeans peacocking around a firepit (I mock, but I've never missed an episode), then pick up a love story.

The Benefits of Meditation On Your Mental Health
Life is still a little on the crazy side right now… I mean, if you’d have asked me back in January what I thought I’d achieve this year, you can bet your bottom dollar I wouldn’t have said building a loungewear collection and not leaving my house for months, other than to go food shopping and walk the dog. No socialising… no holidays… not going into work…  Life has literally been flipped upside down for a lot of people and now more than ever, it’s important to look after our mental health and wellbeing. Spending most of your time alone, or with the same few people in your household can also be hard, especially if you’re a natural social butterfly.

The Cult Edit: October Favourites

Welcome back to The Cult Edit!

This month, the team here at Cohorted bring you our current fashion and style favourites. We’re up to date on all the trends, so we know what’s worth considering…

From luxury brands to affordable, timeless favourites, with our recommendations you’ll be powering through Autumn with the most stylish wardrobe going. It’s worth following this month and knowing what’s worth the cash. We promise.

& Other Stories Gold Hoop Earrings, £13

These are the perfect chunky gold hoops, perfect for dressing up the plainest of outfits and giving me a little bit of a 90s edge. They’ll be a great way to accessorise my go-to autumn look of chunky knit jumpers paired with hair in a slick-back pony tail. You can’t go wrong with a good pair of hoops.

Zara Perspex Heels, £29.99

A must-have item to my wardrobe this month. Zara’s take on the perspex heel trend (which doesn’t seem to be leaving anytime soon?) with the worlds most comfortable mule. What more could you want? They work with literally any outfit and is the ideal shoe for the summer to winter wardrobe transition.

– Rose, Business Development Manager

Topshop Cream Check Jacket, £65

THE Topshop jacket everyone is talking about. The perfect autumnal transitional piece, that is the perfect pattern and colour to go with everything. It’s not too thick yet still thick enough for the English weather… The perfect little jacket that you want to get before it’s too late.

Astrid & Miyu Halo Pendant, £75

A London based contemporary jewellery brand that sells a wide mix of products from earring to hair accessories, and has the most instagrammable piercing studios. I purchased the ‘Basic Halo Pendant Necklace’ in silver in January, and since then I haven’t taken it off! All the necklaces are perfect for layering, as they offer a mixture of chain lengths, and most of the designs can be bought in sliver, gold or rose gold. Astrid & Miyu jewellery is also great gift idea due to the wide product range and the packaging of the items.

Zara Palazzo Trousers, £17.99

I can’t resist a nice, sleek, sophisticated pair of black palazzo trousers. They’re versatile and effortlessly cool. These wide leg trousers from Zara have been my ultimate obsession lately and for the forseeable future. They can be dressed up with a pair of high heels or down with a cropped t-shirt. 11/10 from me.

– Giada, PR Executive

Zara Basic Coat, £29.99

My go-to coat for special occasions. A stylish design and colour that goes with anything and everything. It can be layered for a fashionable look and with a lapel collar and long sleeves to keep me warm for the chillier days. A great addition for the winter wardrobe.

Furnace Lace Up Shoes, £32

As my old work shoes have been hurting my feet recently, I decided to invest in a new pair and these Topshop Furnace Leather Black Lace Up shoes did not disappoint. At first, I thought I would’ve had the same problem that I usually have with this style of shoes (getting blisters), but they were so comfortable and still now I’m yet to have any problems with them. They also look cute with autumn/winter outfits as well which is a bonus!

– Pia, Social Media Executive

Skinny Dip Handbag, £26

This month my go-to accessory has been my favourite new yellow bag from Skinny dip. This bag is the cutest thing ever and adds a striking pop of colour to any outfit! Great for an evening out (also always getting complimented on it so I can’t be wrong). This bag is definitely something a colour lover needs in their accessory collection.

Bershka Cargo Trousers, £19.99

A comfortable alternative to my worn out jeans this autumn. They can be dressed up or down and even accessorised with a belt or chain for a more fashionable look. They’re 100% cotton for softness and have large velcro pockets, which are perfect for when I don’t want to carry my purse. They’re a best seller at Bershka for a reason!

– Hera, Graphic Design Intern

Zara Faux Fur Coat, £59.99

With the weather getting colder and Winter is fast approaching, this is the perfect coat to run your errands, while feeling like you’ve never left the comfort of your bed. Warm, cozy and stylish: everything the perfect winter coat needs!
