Less Choice Might Not Be Such A Bad Thing
I don’t know about you, but my eating habits have definitely changed during lockdown. Availability and acceptance, of course, play a huge part in this, but let’s be honest, food is the biggest excitement. It’s a frequently visited topic of conversation in the house and the greatest joy.  Let’s momentarily glance back to pre-lockdown behaviour. We had become complacent. We could nip to the supermarket (now a major operation) or take an online shop to checkout in under half an hour (and have it delivered the next day, would you believe?).

Sleep Hacks: ways to wind-down
Sleep Hacks: ways to wind-down
Whether you struggle getting to sleep, staying asleep or even waking up, there’s something here that might make all the difference to your night time routine. Everyone’s mind and body works differently, but the science behind it is all the same. There are just some specific things that really don’t promote a healthy sleep and some that really do. With a little bit of patience and knowledge, you may figure out where you’re going wrong before bed… That conventional cup of caffeine, I mean tea, before bed? Could be the worst decision you make.

Why you need to Marie Kondo your life
Whilst we continue to spend time in isolation, the more we notice around us. You pick up on messy things you may not have noticed until you spend every working day sat in front that hideous, overcrowded bookcase (the one you throw all your clutter onto). With spring creeping towards and more time on our hands, there’s no better time than now to release your inner Marie Kondo and cleanse every inch of your life.

Important Life Factors
There’s never not a ‘right’ time to learn these 7 key factors of life. When you feel like you’re on top of the world or when you’re at the lowest of lows, acknowledging the 7 factors of wellness and understanding how to utilise their purpose to your personal life, will easily enhance the great times and allow you to pick up from the bad ones.   Each factor is just as important than the other, but some will be more relevant and more important in our day to day lives. There’s nowhere to say you have to be perfect at all 7, it’s just a guideline on how to live a healthy, happy and mindful lifestyle.

Everything you need to look chic on the beach

Cohorted Cult, Everything you need to look chic on the beach

There is something very special about curating your beach look.

You want to look as natural as possible, so you can make the most out of the waves, while looking chic at lunch or afternoon cocktails. You don’t need much to stay trendy on the beach. Here are our five must-haves for the perfect beach look.

The basket bag

A beach classic. Have you seen a French girl without one in the summer? Didn’t think so. The straw bag is elegant, but also fits everything you need for a day at the beach, from your Polaroid, to your SPF and beach towel, making it the perfect choice. The best thing about it? It’s actually a must have in the city as well this season, so you can proudly wear it even after you’re back from holiday.

The straw hat

Sun damage is not a good look, and what better way to protect your face than a huge straw hat. Not that this means you can skip the sunscreen – no, no! But the hat elevates your look and keeps your face in the shade, and most importantly, makes you look put together after you’ve been swimming! An added bonus – you can hide behind it whilst scan the beach for your holiday fling!

The scrunchie

Tight elastics can damage your hair, but so can the wind, sun and salty sea water. Enter a scrunchie – this season’s must-have hair accessory. The soft fabric they are made of is a lot more gentle to your locks, but manage to keep them away from your face, and don’t get me started on the 90s nostalgia.

The oversized sunglasses

No trip to the beach is complete without a pair of sunglasses to hide behind. Perfect for hiding the signs from last night’s countless Mojitos, the perfect pair of oversized sunglasses come with polarized lenses and thick frames.

The shell necklace

You’ve seen it everywhere – everyone from your little cousin to your favourite influencer, to your mum are wearing a shell necklace. And what better accessory for the long summer days spent on the beach? Add a matching anklet, and you’ll look like you’ve just landed from a three-month long holiday in Bali!

And there you have it, your list of everything you need to look and feel fabulous on the beach! Now all you need to do is pack a bag and jet off somewhere sunny! And don’t forget your SPF!

This section contains many common flower varieties that can often be found at your local professional florist. With an expanding global market and advanced technology.

Kristina Ivanova

As a 20-something, I'm into the usual stuff: skincare, champagne, midi dresses, cats and holidays. I live in London, so I crave sunshine 90% of the time. You'll find me trying out beauty products while watching a teen drama on Netflix, or dancing around London's landmarks and streets, forcing my poor boyfriend to take pictures of me. I buy him ice cream afterwards, so it's ok.
